WHAT IS HOLISTIC SEXUALITY?
A class by Hannah and Rhéal Chartier
This course examines the experience of sexuality through the lens of Church teaching. It helps young adults come to terms with their sexuality and fertility and assists them in making responsible decisions. Beginning with the physical and practical, the young person can then integrate the intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of their person and mature into a fully integrated human being.

The course is aimed at young adults 18-35, but all adults are welcome

MEET THE TEACHERS
HANNAH AND RHÉAL CHARTIER
are a young married couple from St. Pierre-Jolys with two small boys. Hannah is a homemaker and freelance writer with her first book releasing in 2026. You can find her work at here. Rhéal is a high school math and science teacher in a local French immersion school. As young adults, both of them spent multiple years at the St. Therese Institute of Faith And Mission, living in community and studying the Catholic faith. Hannah and Rhéal will be the teachers for the Holistic Sexuality course.
